CMIs would have delivered savings on 89% of trading days over past decade, research finds

Community Municipal Investments (CMIs) would have delivered savings for councils on around 89% of borrowing days over the past decade, according to new research which found that CMIs have “matured into a credible, scalable and value-for-money addition to the local authority borrowing toolkit”.
