LGPS recruitment guide launched

A new guide to help LGPS funds and pools attract talent has been launched.

The Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association has launched a guide, Talent Management in the LGPS: The Three Rs, to assist managers deal with recruitment, retention and resourcing pressures.

A statement from the PLSA said: “The guide includes examples of proactive remedies that will interest all LGPS stakeholders, identifies the key drivers of the challenges and suggests additional ways in which to mitigate these factors.”
