Collaboration, conversations, and changes in mindset: how councils can make better use of innovation, data and technology

If local authorities are to make real changes through digital, data, technology (DDaT) and innovation, they must also change their mindset, says Eddie Copeland, director of the London Office of Technology and Innovation.

Among other things, that means taking a collaborative approach where needed, and shifting, where possible, from a mindset of short-term cuts to longer-term investment
