Government has ‘big job’ to do on SEND outcomes as well as costs, says McGovern

Local government minister Alison McGovern has reiterated a promise “to give further detail” on plans to support local authorities with cumulative special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) deficits “later in the settlement process”.
