Long-term objectives ‘at risk of non-delivery’ if authorities remain focused on short-term finances

Local authorities’ long-term plans and objectives which are not aligned with their more immediate financial challenges are at risk of not being delivered, according to Anisa Darr, president of the Society of London Treasurers.
