Adjustment Support Grant must be ‘revisited’ in later settlement years, say districts

District councils’ attention will “quickly turn” to the second and third years of the local government finance settlement to ensure there is protection for those authorities impacted by business rates pooling gains being transferred in the final settlement released this week.
