Integrated settlements: ‘we’ve not reached the destination yet’

Greater progress is needed towards the consolidation of funding for mayoral authorities if the benefits of devolution are to be reaped, according to Steve Wilson, group chief finance officer at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
